These terms apply when you use our website or buy a Scale On Auto plan.
Our services
We provide websites, CRM setup, marketing automation, local SEO and AEO, and ads management as described in your chosen plan: Launch, Autopilot or Enterprise.
Term and payment
Plans run for 12 months. You can pay monthly (a one-time setup fee, then 12 monthly payments) or pay for the year upfront.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars.
What you pay separately
Ad spend, paid directly to Google and Meta from your own ad accounts. Text message and call usage. Your own software, domain name and payment processing fees, and any extras outside your plan.
Results
We work to improve how clients find, contact and book with you. We do not guarantee search rankings, a number of leads or a number of new clients, because results depend on factors outside our control.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information and the access we need on time. Make sure the content you give us is yours to use. Do not use our systems to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
